Payment Policy
50 percent of the total stay value will be charged at the time of booking. The room rates are breakfast and tax inclusive. For cancellations notified 3 days before, refund will be in question except for religious holidays, weekends and special event days.

Our General Policy
During check-in, our guests will be required to declare their photo identities, phones and license plates.
We kindly request that information is given during reservation for gluten and lactose intolerance, vegan and vegetarian choices.
Requests from outside the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekdays and weekends will only be accepted by reservation.
Only young adults over the age of 15 will be accepted as guests since a silent and relaxation-oriented holiday understanding has been adopted.
